The start of warm weather brings the roar and pollution of gas fired leaf blowers. Did you know that blowing is not only a waste of money, blowing is harmful to beneficial insects, and strips soil of important (and free) nutrients? Leaves that accumulate in shrub & flower beds should remain there.
