Pale color and moss or signs of nutrient deficient soil. Blowing off plant debris and leaves removes source of nutrition and support for habitat.
Save yourself money, noise and pollution. Avoid blowing debris from beds or ask your landscaper to do the same. Leaves and and other plant waste should remain in beds and be mulched into lawns.
